File handoff
We agree in advance on RAW or JPEG delivery, time synchronization, card or file transfer, naming, and the deadline.
Afterward
Your client relationship stays yours. I follow portfolio restrictions, embargoes, credit requirements, and any no-posting instruction.

Ask for my current body, lens, flash, and backup list. I’ll send the exact list rather than a vague “professional gear” claim.
Rate
Share the hours, venue, expectations, and your rate or budget. I’ll respond directly and account for travel up front.
Delivery
RAW or JPEG, time sync, card handoff, upload method, naming, and turnaround are agreed before the wedding.
Privacy
No posting, tagging, or portfolio use unless your agreement and the couple’s permission allow it.
