About · Paul Peck

Still chasing the moment.

Photography started for me in high school with a Minolta film camera and the rare luxury of developing my own rolls. I don’t spend much time in a darkroom now, but I still approach photography the same way: looking closely, waiting, and noticing what happens around the obvious subject.

I’m drawn to images with layers: light, texture, foreground, background, and the small details that make a moment feel complete. I love shallow depth of field and bokeh, and I gravitate toward candid, editorial photographs that feel observed rather than arranged.

Just as important to me is the experience of making them. I want you to feel comfortable, taken care of, and free to be present instead of worrying about the camera. My job is to make the process easier, notice the things you might miss, and create photographs that speak for themselves.

Whether I’m photographing people, events, products, or places, I’m looking for the same thing: the little moments and details that make something worth remembering.
